As many of you may know, I am in Toronto at Tech Days 2010, I leave it up to you if you wish to gather this week, but keep in mind I will not be able to attend. Even if you are not attending the event, keep in mind our Study Group is in Catch-up mode and this would make for a great time to read a chapter or more.

It’s been just over a month into our aspirations of becoming Certified Developers, and I would have to say over all I am pleased with our progress as a group. We set out on an adventure together, none of us knowing what to expect and trying to reach a goal which we knew was tempting limits. We all knew life would interject as it always does, and it did, but we still are all learning as a collective.
With our goal in mind we did by no means fail quick, however we did stick to our readings, and met up for our reflection period, in which we had some rather engaging conversation. To that I believe we have something to reflect as a positive aspect.
Now that we’ve giving the full steam ahead approach, we have an understanding of how we are able to try to fit reading into our lives. From here we can re-evaluate our timeline given our schedules and move forward.
Now that we have the right “Lego Blocks”, I would like to regroup, get everyone energized about the study group again and give more realistic timelines so this experience can be enjoyable and beneficial. Please join me for this weeks meeting so we can get back on top of our Goal to become Certifiable.

Howdy Coffee and Coders!
I am no longer fighting off a cold and am looking forward with connecting with the Study Group again to see how everyone is progressing through the book.
I do apologize for not getting the topics posted, but with the lack of response on last weeks post I wanted to make sure we had a review of the Code Access Security Chapter before moving on to our next section. If you have already read ahead, that is excellent, Thank you for your dedication.

This weeks Guelph Coffee and Code event is Canceled due to illness.
I am suffering from a Cold and would like to avoid passing it along to group members.
